iQRite 3D Interactive Vertical Wall

The 3D Vertical Wall Flash component displays images on an engaging interactive vertical 3D wall using the Papervision3D engine. This is a vertical version of our popular 3D Wall component. The PRO version can also display FLV videos and SWF’s, with a several additional features.

The wall can be flat or set at any curvature to create a truly unique look. The viewer can also scroll, tilt and zoom the wall freely. Includes a built-in preloader for seamless transitions between thumbs and large images. Over 80 parameters to customize your wall ensures unlimited number of looks and an enticing viewer experience. It can also be used as a Flash slideshow using ActionScript. Available for ActionScript 3.0 (Flash CS3 & CS4) only.

3D Interactive Vertical Wall Features

Flat or curved wall
Displays flat or curved walls at any angle between -360° (convex) and +360° (concave).

Double sided thumbnails
Option to set thumbnails to be double sided and have mirrored backs, which are visible on curved walls.

Interactive wall tilting
Option to tilt the wall up or down by clicking and dragging the mouse or using custom buttons.

Adjustable columns and spacing
Custom number of columns and gap between thumbnails. Number of rows is calculated automatically.

Customizable animation settings
Option for opening thumbnails to appear from behind the camera or behind the wall with adjustable speed and easing styles. The large image zoom in/zoom out speed and easing styles are also adjustable.

Depth of field
Thumbnails viewed from the back of a curved wall can be displayed with an adjustable amount of blur and brightness to change the depth of field.

Swivel camera
Controls the amount that the camera swivels while the wall is zooming and scrolling.

External XML file
Loads images through an external XML file so there’s no need to republish the SWF.

Glow
Adjustable intensity and color of the glow around the selected image.

XML or Component Inspector
All parameters are available in the external XML file or Component Inspector.

Mouse and keyboard interactivity
Click and drag mouse for scrolling and tilting or use the autoscroll option to scroll and tilt with free mouse movement. Scrollwheel zooms in and out of the wall or flips through large images. Arrow keys flip through large images. Space bar zooms in and out of large images.

Mouse and scroll events
Includes ActionScript events for mouse over, out and click.

Additional parameters can be specified for each image in the XML which can be used, for example, to specify a URL to open on click, to display a title or description for the selected image or to create an automated slideshow.

Define images through ActionScript
The images can also be dynamically defined through ActionScript.

Thumbnail borders
A color border can be specified for thumbnails including the thickness, up and mouse over colors.

Built-in skinnable scrollbar and preloader
The optional scrollbar is skinnable and can be set to be displayed vertically or horizontally. The preloader, font and text are fully customizable.

Auto fill
The auto fill option completes the last row to fill in the missing spaced with images from the begining, end or random position.

FLV videos and SWF’s
The videos can be set to loop, continue where left off or restart on each view.

Tooltips
Customizable tooltips can be defined for each thumbnail to suit the look of your site.

YouTube and streaming videos
YouTube videos can be played directly in the 3D Vertical Wall PRO as well as videos from streaming servers that use the rtmp protocol.

Customizable video controls
Includes optional skinnable video controls with adjustable position and auto hide option on mouse out.

Flickr images
Includes built-in Flickr support to display images directly from Flickr by simply entering the URL of the Flickr RSS feed (Flickr currently includes only the last 20 images in their RSS feeds).

Automatic watermarks
The large images can optionally be displayed with a built-in watermark. The design and opacity of the watermark is fully customizable.

Video icon
A skinnable icon can be optionally displayed on all video thumbnails.
